If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Delivery times vary by location: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada typically receive orders within 5 to 9 business days. Rest of world typically receives orders within 5 to 10 business days. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Pawvera pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our return and refund policy is outlined on our Refund Policy page. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set out in that policy. In summary: you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us; we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your order; if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or free replacement with no return required; all approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
