30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

To start a return: Contact us at pawverasupport@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • A photo of the item if damaged or defective

We will respond within 48 hours with return/refund instructions.

Refunds: To make returns as easy as possible, for damaged, defective or incorrect items we do not require you to return the product. Simply email us a photo of the issue and we will arrange a refund or replacement immediately. For change of mind returns please contact us and we will find the best solution for you.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please send a photo to pawverasupport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or opened food and treat products
  • Items returned after 30 days

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Cancellation Period

You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at pawverasupport@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you may request a refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee below.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a full refund or replacement. To be eligible, your request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund (Return Procedure)

To start a refund or replacement request, email us at pawverasupport@gmail.com with the following information: your order number, the product you are requesting a refund for, and a brief description of the issue (include a photo if the product arrived damaged or defective). We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.

In most cases, you will not need to return the item. We understand that return shipping can be inconvenient and costly, especially for international orders. If a return is required in exceptional circumstances, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs in these rare cases are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description on our website, we will provide a full refund or free replacement at your choice with no return required. Simply email us at pawverasupport@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will process your refund or ship a replacement within 48 hours of confirming the issue.

Refund Method

All approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other payment method used at checkout). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Replacements

If you would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, let us know in your email and we will ship a new item to you at no additional cost.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if the item has been intentionally damaged or misused, or if the request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
