Free Worldwide Shipping
Every order from Pawvera ships completely free, regardless of order size or destination. No minimum purchase required. No surprise fees at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Below are our estimated delivery windows from the date of shipment:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2 to 3 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update, as carriers sometimes experience a delay in scanning packages into their system.
If your tracking information has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us at pawverasupport@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Pawvera has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at pawverasupport@gmail.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will work with you to either reship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
