How long does shipping take?
We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 9 business days for the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Rest of world is 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is completely free on every order, no minimum spend required.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email us at pawverasupport@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us at pawverasupport@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement. In most cases, no return is required.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Email us at pawverasupport@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund within 48 hours. No return required.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing pawverasupport@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you can request a refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
